These Terms of Service govern your use of the HamiSoft AI website, architecture consultation calendar, and enterprise AI engineering services operated by TRUSTQR LTD.
1. Scope of Consultation & Engineering Services
Booking a consultation or submitting a technical brief initiates an architectural evaluation with TRUSTQR LTD. Production deployment of custom autonomous AI agents, RAG pipelines, or private LLM infrastructure is governed by a dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Human-in-the-Loop Supervisory Responsibility
HamiSoft AI designs autonomous workflows with explicit human approval checkpoints. Your designated corporate officers retain final authority and responsibility for approving financial transactions, legal commitments, and regulatory filings.
3. Intellectual Property & Custom Configurations
Upon full settlement under a commercial Statement of Work, client-specific prompts, custom connectors, and proprietary datasets remain the exclusive property of the client.
4. Governing Entity
HamiSoft AI is an enterprise division of TRUSTQR LTD (https://trustqr.org).
